Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Off the Roll app and website. By using Off the Roll, you agree to them. Questions: support@offtherollapp.com.

How the service works

Each month the app picks photos from the previous month for your roll. You can change them until the end of the 28th.
If you don't approve your roll sooner, it is approved automatically at the end of the 28th and printed.
Rolls ship the next business day.

Plans and billing

Monthly plans ($20 for 10 prints, $35 for 20 prints) renew each month until you cancel.
Yearly plans ($220 for 10 prints a month, $385 for 20) are paid once for 12 rolls and renew each year unless you turn off renewal.
Extra prints, other sizes and copies sent to someone else are charged in addition to your plan, at the price shown in the app.
Prices may change. We'll tell you before a change affects your next charge.

Canceling, skipping and refunds

Monthly: cancel any time in the app. The roll already approved still ships, and you won't be charged again.
Yearly: turn off renewal any time. You get a full refund if you cancel before your first yearly roll ships. After that, yearly plans are non-refundable and you keep receiving the rolls you paid for.
Skipping: you can skip any month before the 28th. On a yearly plan, a skipped month moves to the end, so you still get 12 rolls.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, print and ship them only to provide the service.
Only send photos you have the right to print. Don't send photos that are illegal or that sexualize, harm or exploit anyone. We may refuse to print any photo.

Damaged or wrong prints

If your prints arrive damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo of the problem and we'll reprint them.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates.

The Year Box

The Year Box is coming in 2027. Details and availability may change before it launches.

Limits

Off the Roll is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't responsible for photos you delete from your phone; please keep your own copies.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
